Recognition of the monetary and non-monetary values of public goods such as ecosystem services, education, health and globally common resources such as the oceans and atmosphere.  These must be properly factored into management and decision making frameworks. {A3 calls for ‘stewardship’, why revert to the ethically instrumental ‘management’?}
